Moving up to an advanced 48V platform, this unit is designed as a direct replacement for noisy, emission-heavy petrol generators. It is heavily optimized for premium campervan conversions, high-end motorhomes, tradespeople, and industrial service fleets.

By upgrading to a massive 4000W continuous output and integrating a high-voltage solar controller, the NEO 4000 packs immense heavy-duty power potential into a highly refined, plug-and-play enclosure.

  • Modular, Expandable 48V Battery Base: Comes natively with a 2.4kWh high-density LiFePO4 battery pack (51.2V, 48Ah). Need more runtime? The system can cleanly scale up to 9.6kWh by daisy-chaining up to three additional plug-and-play expansion battery modules.

  • High-Power High-Voltage MPPT Solar Control: Unlike older generations, the NEO boasts a built-in solar controller capable of accepting up to 1,440W of direct solar input with a massive 144V Voc limit, allowing you to run efficient high-voltage panel arrays for true multi-day off-grid autonomy.

  • Fast Alternator & Grid Multi-Charging: Features a bidirectional DC-to-DC converter supporting high-current vehicle charging from both 12V (1440W) and 24V (2400W) alternators while driving. Plugged into mains shore power, it recharges the base system rapidly at 1440W.

  • Extreme Cold-Weather Heat Film: Outfitted with an automated internal 240W thermal heating element. It warms the core lithium cells from -20°C up to 5°C in under 45 minutes, ensuring the battery can safely charge and discharge in freezing winter conditions.
